Who is Pedro Inf?

"PEDRO INF lives and works in the Marinha Grande (Portugal). PEDRO INF is tired of the current output of the electronic and post industrial music scenes, whose innovation has regressed to pre conceived ideas about music production, PEDRO INF is taking lead from the pioneers such as Kandinsky , Miro ,Coil, Test Department,Richard D James (Aphex Twin) & mu-ziq. Designing and building his own effects, computers and programs PEDRO INF has created his own self styled ""sonar paintings" ,he believes that ART does not need humansat all to exist, in his own words "there is no need for a receptor and the need of a receptor is only because we cannot escape the human condition of egocentrism" ticking the boxes that this enigmatic producer has the madness to pull of his unique brand of electronica "The first goal of Pedro INF is to see the painting and not rememberhow it was done."

Afinal quem é Pedro Inf?

"Pedro Inf (Pedro Granja) destaca-se entre os autores de música electrónica contemporâneos pelo caráter crítico, irreverente e quase niilista de sua obra. Assim é também na pintura. Para ele a arte não necessita do homem para existir. A arte, para ele, é qualquer coisa que podendo rever-se no "dadaísmo" - para facilitar a leitura - está muito além dessa corrente. Está inscrita nas paisagens primordiais do universo.

Nascido em V.N.de Famalicão, muito cedo deixou a sua terra natal para viver na Capital do Vidro, a Marinha Grande. Pertenceu aos extintos "Ode Filipica" juntamente com Carlos Matos. Pessoa "não formatada pelo sistema", inteligente e generosa. Soube que a primeira guitarra eléctrica de seu irmão mais novo, Tiago Granja (Gahnah), dos "Estado Sónico 1995" e "Umpletrue", lhe foi oferecida por ele, trazida de S.Petersburg (ex-Leningrado), onde frequentou a Faculdade de Ciências (Física)."
